We had two pergolas built – one over our house deck and another carport pergola. Very impressed as the work was professionally completed by Levi and Jaime in less than a week! John and Levi were also quite responsive to our initial concern with the placement of two of our tiers. They came out very early the next morning to explain the situation to our complete satisfaction. John is the initial point person and he leaves it up to his crews to do the work – although they speak a lot during the construction to ensure the work crew is spot on as to our design requests. We are very pleased with the finished products and highly recommend them to you if you are considering a pergola or a carport cover!

CP&P, *** was extremely easy, accommodating, and timely to deal with via phone, They 1st got back to me within 12 hours after requesting info. Next, they were able to come out for a home estimate within days. Soon after we received the quote when **** said he’d have it by. IMO it was completely fair pricing, plenty of decorative/building options with pictures, and a detailed plan on how they’d build our pergola and length of the project. If it wasn’t for the uncooperative weather, they would’ve completed the project in the 1.5 days. The crew who built the pergola were nothing less than exceptional because, they were very communicative in their steps and answers all questions. We couldn’t have asked for a better finished product or better people to deal with!!-

John was very communicative and responded quickly from the get go. I contacted many other places with pictures and details and while some had not responded or responded days after with something completely different, John responded within a few hours and scheduled his free consultation. He was very knowledgeable, listened to our needs and worked within our budget. When the builders John (a different one) and Matt came out, they did the job in less than 3 days even with us being on the 3rd floor roof which was impressive in its own right.
All in all this was such a smooth experience that was timely and with excellent communication. Our new pergola is beautiful and we couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend you put John and his team into consideration for any pergola project. They will not disappoint.
