We cannot say enough about how happy we are with Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions. John (the owner) came out for an assessment a few days after we reached out. He talked us through the different options and what he thought would work best for our space. We had a formal quote the next day, Wednesday, and by Monday morning the team was here to build our pergola! They were professional, kind, and respectful. They called us at decision points (height, number of privacy panels, etc.) to come take a look and ensure we were comfortable with the decisions we made. By Wednesday night, we were enjoying dinner on our roof. Our outdoor space has become so much more usable and we paid thousands less with Chicagoland Pergolas and Pavilions than we were being quoted by serval other companies.
