I came across Chicagoland Pergolas on Facebook and reached out to John who was extremely responsive. He was quick to book an appointment to come round and provide a quote. He was helpful giving advice and providing amendments to quotes upon request.

After getting some other quotes back we chose Chicagoland due to their responsiveness and ability to get the job done much quicker than their peers, and without a surcharge for bringing materials to a third floor walk up. We also liked that they use high quality cedar and have a wide variety of stains.

Come installation date John was the best! He was communicative on arrival time, provided a thorough run through and explained what he was going to do. Him and his partner were able to put it up in one day. They were respectful of the space too, such nice people.

The quality of the pergola is great and stands out from others that are around us, we are so happy we chose these guys and can’t wait to enjoy it soon.
